On the VRTY platform, we have 3 different types of User Accounts.

1. Admin User Account:

• The Admin account type is only available on organisational subscription accounts (which have more than one individual user and user type).
• This account is the main user responsible for the VRTY subscription, payment, account details and management.
• It can set-up, edit and manage all individual user accounts.
• It can edit and manage the media content in the organisation’s Shared Library.
• Through their own account, they can access all the subscribed features on the VRTY Platform.
• It can add, delete and manage content from their own personal media library.
• It can access and use the content in the VRTY media library.

• Teacher accounts can create classroom groups of students.
• It can set-up, edit and manage individual Student user accounts.
• It can edit and manage the media content in the organisation’s Shared Library.
• Through their own account, they can access all the subscribed features on the VRTY Platform.
• It can add, delete and manage content from their own personal media library.
• It can access and use the content in the VRTY media library.

3. Student/Individual User Account:

• Student accounts are individual accounts and can only see their own account.
• Through their own account, they can access all the subscribed features on the VRTY Platform.
• It can access the media content in the organisation’s Shared Library.
• It can add, delete and manage content from their own personal media library.
• It can access and use the content in the VRTY media library.
