The organisation’s library is the ‘Shared Library’ in Media Library. It is best the organisation’s admin checks it once in a while to make sure it stays organised. This library is only open for users from the same organisation to access and use any of the media assets.
Media Asset(s) can be filtered by category:
- Logos
- Scenes
- Markers
- Miscellaneous (Media assets which are not in the category as logo, scenes and markers)
Upload Your Media Asset(s)
- Access into Media Library on the left-hand menu bar.
- You will be in your ‘My Library’ (your personal media library) by default. As an admin, you can choose to upload files into the ‘My Library’ or ‘Shared Library’.
- You can browse through your local files or drag and drop your files into the box on the left. You can upload multiple files at the same time.
- The platform accepts images, videos and GIFs, check here for file type. It accepts most common media format.
- Then, you have to choose a media type for your uploaded media asset(s):

- Scenes
- Markers
- Misc

- Your media asset(s) will be uploaded into the chosen library.
Edit Media Asset Details
It is simple to edit your media asset details.
- Hover over the media asset you want to edit.
- The option bar will appear from the left.
- Click on the icon to edit.
- A pop up box of the chosen media asset will appear and you can edit the details on it.
- When you are done, just click ‘save’ to save the changes.
Delete Media Asset
- Hover over the media asset you want to delete.
- The option bar will appear from the left.
- Click on the icon to delete the media file.
- A pop up box will appear to confirm your action. Click ‘yes’ to delete your media from the Media Library.
Moving Your Media Asset(s)
You can move your media asset(s) files to organise your Media Library.

- Click on the media asset(s) to choose the file you want to move.
- After choosing, click ‘move’ on the top right corner of the media assets.
- A pop up will appear, and you can choose the destination folder.
- After clicking on the destination folder, click ‘paste’.
- Confirm the move process by clicking ‘yes’.
- Your media asset(s) has successfully move into the destination folder.
